Cesium formate
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for cesium formate, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and contracts (or
Bill of lading) content.
This standard applies to cesium formate solutions produced in a variety of ways.
2 requirements
2.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of cesium formate solution should meet the requirements of Table 1.

2.2 Density
The density of the cesium formate solution is not less than 2.2 g/cm3 at room temperature.
2.3 pH value
The pH value of the product should be 9.5 to 11 at room temperature.
2.4 appearance quality
This product is colorless translucent liquid, no visible sediment.
3 test method
3.1 The chemical composition of the product according to the current method of supply side, the arbitration analysis method by the supply and demand sides to determine.
3.2 Determination of density using pycnometer method.
3.3 pH measurement using a pH meter.
3.4 The appearance of the product using visual inspection method.
