3 Method summary
The sample was dissolved in nitric acid and tartaric acid, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry direct magnesium, manganese, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, silver,
Cadmium, gold, lead and bismuth, the standard method to correct the matrix of influence. Working curve method calculated the mass concentration of each element to the quality score table
The measurement results are shown.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise noted, the standard reagents were excellent pure reagents and above use, which are a water water, shall comply with the specific requirements
GB/T 1467, GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 nitric acid (ρ = 1.42g/mL).
4.2 nitric acid (11).
4.3 tartrate solution. Weigh 50g of tartaric acid into 150mL beaker, was added 50mL of deionized water, dissolved by heating, cooled and transferred to
100mL volumetric flask, dilute with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing 500mg tartaric acid.
4.4 magnesium, manganese, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, silver, cadmium, gold, lead, bismuth and scandium single element standard stock solution (national standard sample/national standards
Material), concentration of 1000μg/mL.
4.5 mixed standard solution A. Pipette each element separately 10.00mL standard stock solution (silver, except scandium element) (4.4), placed 1000mL
Flask, supplemented with 20mL of nitric acid (4.2), dilute to the mark and mix. This solution 1mL magnesium, manganese, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium,
Cadmium, gold, lead, bismuth each 10.0μg.
4.6 mixed standard solution B. Pipette 10.00mL mixed standard solution A, placed in 100mL flask, supplemented with 2mL nitric acid (4.2),
