1 Scope

4 Reagents and materials
All reagents shall apply to pesticide residues analysis, and should be used with the sample measurement (extraction and gas chromatography) method to do the same
Blank test to check its purity, should not affect the determination of pesticide residues on the baseline peak solvent blank chromatogram. Water should reach
GB/T 6682 a water requirements.
4.1 n-hexane, pesticide grade.
4.2 Toluene, pesticide grade.
4.3 ethyl acetate, pesticide grade.
4.4 a mixed solvent, n-hexane. ethyl acetate, 1.1 (ratio by volume).
4.5 anhydrous sodium sulfate, AR. Before use should be burning 4h at 650 ℃ condition, stored in a dryer for use.
4.6 Flory silica (Florisil) Solid phase extraction column volume of 3mL, the amount of filler is 500mg.
4.7 Standard substance. Annex A substances listed in Table A.1, certified reference material purity ≥95% (mass fraction).
4.8 standard solution (pesticide standard solutions should be stored in the dark at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ conditions can be stable for at least 6 months).
