1 Scope

This part of WS/T 543 specifies the product form, appearance structure, function, Communication methods, safety modules, power supplies, interfaces, climate environmental conditions, mechanical environmental conditions, reliability, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, etc. The above technical details put forward the requirements for the terminal sign, packaging, transportation and storage of the residents’ health card. 4 Basic requirements

The HID agreement is as follows. 4.4.3 RS232-C data transmission mode The RS232-C communication transmission of this terminal adopts parameter setting as shown in Table 2. 4.4.4 Interface function definition Refer to Appendix A for the definition of interface functions. 4.5 Power --Resident Health Card Reader. Note 2.After finishing the appearance and structure inspection, the card reading should work normally after power-on. 4.9 Reliability requirements The mean time between failures (MTBF) of the terminal is not less than 5000h. 4.10 Security requirements 4.10.1 General requirements Meet the relevant regulations of GB 4943. 4.10.2 Touch current and protective conductor current The design and structure of the terminal should ensure that neither contact current nor protective conductor current can cause an electric shock hazard. 4.10.3 Electric strength requirements The solid insulation used in the terminal should have sufficient electrical strength. 4.10.4 Grounding conductor and its connection resistance The terminal grounding conductor and its connection should not have excessive resistance. 4.11 Electromagnetic compatibility requirements 4.11.1 Radio disturbance limit The radio disturbance limit of the product should meet the requirements of the corresponding level B in GB 9254. 4.11.2 Immunity limit The immunity limit of the product should meet the requirements specified in GB/T 17618. 4.11.3 Harmonic current value The harmonic current value of the product should meet the requirements specified in GB/T 17625.1. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 Logo 5.1.1 Product mark The product should have the following signs. --Name of manufacturer; --Product name, model and product number; --Production license number; --trademark. 5.1.2 Packaging box logo The package label should include the following. --Product name and model, manufacturer name and address; --Product implementation standard number; --Product factory date and batch number; --Production license number; -The packaging and storage pictorial signs should meet the requirements of GB/T 191. 5.2 Packaging The packaging of the resident health card self-service terminal shall meet the requirements of moisture-proof, dust-proof and shock-proof. The packing box should contain a packing list, a product factory certificate and other relevant random information. 5.3 Transportation The packaged products are allowed to be transported by any means of transportation. It is strictly forbidden to load and unload savagely during transportation, and avoid rain, snow or other liquids. The body is directly leached. It is strictly prohibited to ship with corrosive materials. The transportation mark should meet the requirements of GB/T 191. 5.4 Storage Without opening the original packaging box, the terminal should be stored in a warehouse with an ambient temperature of -15°C to 45°C and a relative humidity of 30% to 80%. The packaging box for storing the product should be elevated and at least 10cm away from the ground, and at least 50cm away from heat sources, cold sources, windows, and vents.
