Part 4. Mulberry
1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4849 specifies the real-time fluorescent PCR method for the detection of mulberry ingredients in foods and beverages.
This section applies to fresh fruit, frozen fruit, candied fruit, freshly squeezed juice, pulp-type juice, dried fruit, jam and other raw foods with mulberry as raw materials.
Qualitative testing of mulberry ingredients in products and beverages (except clear juice and fruit wine). The minimum detection limit (LOD) for the method specified in this section is 1%
(Volume ratio).
