1 Scope
This standard stipulates the morphological examination of eggs and adults of Fasciola hepatica, ELISA and Fluorescence PCR detection of Fasciola hepatica
Technical specifications such as measurement.
This standard is applicable to the detection of infections of Fasciola hepatica such as cattle and sheep, and the quarantine of Fasciola hepatica in animal products such as cattle and sheep liver.
It is used for epidemiological investigation and monitoring of liver fluke in cattle and sheep farms.

4.1 Unless otherwise specified, the chemical reagents used are of analytical grade. The test water requirements are required to meet the requirements of Class I water in GB/T 6682.
4.2 Saturated brine solution. See B.1 for the preparation method.

4.7 Tablet for detection of Fasciola hepatica. This standard is based on Fasciolahepatica Antibody Test Kit1 produced by IDEXX.
For the operation of the example, other ELISA test kits for Fasciola hepatica which have been verified and tested to be effective may also be used.

4.8 Primers and probes. FasITS-F. 5'-ACCCTTGTCTTGGCAGAAAGC-3'; FasITS-R. 5'-CAAACA-
