2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Gas tightness test gas-tightnesstest
By injecting compressed air into a sealed container, the pressure difference between the gas inside and outside the tank is changed, and the gas is inspected in the container and each
The degree of leakage between parts of the structure to determine its air tightness.
2.2
Finger manifold fingermanifold
A special tool made of copper hose with 12 tubes similar to "finger", 9 of which are used to deliver compressed air to the container.
The other three are used to measure the pressure in the container and can be properly deformed as needed.
2.3
Vent vent
A device for exchanging gas inside and outside the tank.
3 testing equipment
Instruments that measure pressure decay time include.
a) compressed air pump or bottled compressed air;
b) a finger manifold;
c) Pressure difference meter (range ≥100Pa, accuracy ≤1Pa);
d) Stopwatch (accuracy 0.1s).
4 Container inspection and sealing
4.1 Containers should be placed on a flat surface to prevent the effects of distortion or deformation on the sealing performance of the door.
4.2 Before performing pressure test, the container box should be inspected and required to have a good structure. There are no obvious holes, cracks and twists on the side walls, end walls and box tops.
The deformation is curved, the door is in close contact with the door frame and the door sill, the rubber sealing strip around the door is not damaged and the hole is obvious, and the bottom plate is dry and ignorant.
Signs of damage.
