1 Scope

3 principle

Different substances have the characteristic Raman spectrum corresponding to their molecular structure. 4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used are of analytical grade, water is a water GB/T 6682 regulations. Paraquat standard 4.1 Purity ≥99.0%. 4.2 paraquat stock solution .1.00 × 103mg/L. Accurately weigh 100mg (accurate to 0.1mg) paraquat standard (4.1) on 100mL volumetric flask, completely dissolved with 60mL water, water to the mark, mix, stored at 4 ℃ dark, valid for 1 month. Paraquat standard working solution 4.3 Preparation. Paraquat standard working solution preparation method is as follows. a) Standard solution A.1.00 × 102μg/mL Pipette 5.0mL paraquat stock solution (4.2) in 50mL volumetric flask, dilute to volume with water and mix well. b) Standard solution B 4.00 × 10 μg/mL Pipette 1.0mL paraquat stock solution (4.2) in a 25mL volumetric flask, dilute to volume with water and mix well. c) Prepare paraquat standard solution at 20μg/kg, 30μg/kg, 40μg/kg, 50μg/kg, 100μg/kg, Do not scan the Raman spectrum and create a standard curve. 4.4 The test kit used in this method, the test reagent A is a silver colloid aqueous solution, and the test reagent B is an alkaline solution containing Cl-1.
