3 principle
Wine samples were filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane filter to trap living microorganisms (bacteria, molds and yeasts) in wine
Filters, counted directly by culturing on the appropriate media.
4 equipment and materials
Except for the conventional aseptic and culture equipment in the microbiology laboratory, other equipment and materials are as follows.
