1 Scope
This standard specifies the test objects, methods, biosafety requirements and results of the Barton body at the national border.
This standard is applicable to the detection of Bartonella in border animals, medical media organisms (蜱, 蚤, etc.) and host animals.

A gram-negative bacillus that is parasitic in the erythrocytes of vertebrates, causing human carrion's disease, cat

Note. There are more than 20 species of Bartonella found in the present, 8 pathogenic bacteria, except for the host of B. baciliformis and B. quintana, the rest are parasitic in nature.

4 test object

5 Biosafety and PCR anti-pollution requirements
5.1 Personal protection in the test work refers to GB 19489.
5.2 The laboratory for specimen testing shall meet the requirements of GB 19489 Biosafety Secondary Laboratory.
5.3 Used laboratory supplies should be treated in a harmless manner according to GB 19489.
5.4 PCR anti-pollution measures are carried out in accordance with WS/T 230 and SN/T 1193.
