1 Scope
This standard specifies the aquatic products pyrophosphate, tripolyphosphate, trimetaphosphate ion chromatography method.
This standard applies to fish, shrimp, scallops, surimi products pyrophosphate, tripolyphosphate, trimetaphosphate determination.

GB/T 6682 analytical laboratory water specifications and test methods
3 principle
The sample was inactivated by boiling water after ultrasonic extraction, ion chromatography conductivity detector detection, retention time qualitative, external standard method.
4 Reagents and materials
Water used should be consistent with a water GB/T 6682 provisions.
4.1 Sodium hydroxide. Excellent grade pure.
4.2 sodium pyrophosphate (Na4O7P2 · 10H2O) purity of not less than 99%.
Sodium tripolyphosphate (Na5O10P3) purity of not less than 85%.
4.4 Sodium trimetaphosphate [(NaPO3) 3] Purity of not less than 95%.
4.5 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution Weigh 4.0g sodium hydroxide (4.1) dissolved in water, diluted with water to 100mL.
4.6 100mmol/L sodium hydroxide solution Weigh 100.0g sodium hydroxide (4.1), add water to 100mL, mix and let stand at room temperature
Saturated sodium hydroxide solution (20mol/L); Pipette 0.5mL saturated sodium hydroxide solution, diluted with water to 1000mL. Can also be used
OH-type automatic eluent generator preparation.
4.7 sodium pyrophosphate standard stock solution [c (Na4P2O7) = 1mg/mL] Accurately weigh 0.1694g sodium pyrophosphate (4.2), dissolve in appropriate amount
Water, water volume to 100mL. Preserved in the dark at 4 ℃, valid for 6 months.
4.8 sodium tripolyphosphate standard stock solution [c (Na5P3O10) = 1mg/mL] accurately weighed 0.1176g 115 ℃ drying to constant weight
Sodium tripolyphosphate (4.3), dissolved in water, the volume of water to 100mL. Preserved in the dark at 4 ℃, valid for 6 months.
4.9 sodium metaphosphate standard stock {c [(NaPO3) 3] = 1mg/L} accurately weighed 0.1053g 115 ℃ drying to constant weight
Sodium trimetaphosphate (4.4), dissolved in water, the volume of water to 100mL. Preserved in the dark at 4 ℃, valid for 6 months.
4.10 mixed standard intermediate solution respectively accurately remove the standard solution (4.7,4.8 and 4.9) of each 12.00mL, 16.00mL, 20.00mL
In a 100mL volumetric flask, add water and dilute to volume to 100mL. 1mL This solution contains sodium pyrophosphate 120μg, sodium tripolyphosphate
160 μg, sodium trimetaphosphate.200 μg. Preserved in the dark at 4 ℃, valid for 6 months.
4.11 mixed standard working solution. According to the need to draw a certain amount of mixed standard intermediate solution (4.10) diluted with water to the appropriate concentration of standard workers
