1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4545 specifies the detection of Salmonella ring-mediated constant temperature nucleic acid amplification (LAMP) in food.
This section applies to poultry, fish and seafood, dairy products and sundries screening screening test.

4 Technical Overview

5.1 Salmonella nucleic acid LAMP detection kit
