1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4537 specifies the method for chloramphenicol enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in food.
This section applies to the quantitative determination of chloramphenicol in chicken and shrimp by enzyme-linked immunoassay.

3 Principle
The antigen is pre-coated on the microplate of the microplate, and the chloramphenicol and the pre-coated conjugated antigen on the microporous strip compete with the chloramphenicol
The enzyme conjugate is developed with TMB substrate, and the absorbance of the sample is negatively correlated with the content of the residue chloramphenicol.
The chloramphenicol content of the sample can be obtained by the corresponding dilution factor.
4 reagents and materials
4.1 Chloramphenicol enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit
It is transported and stored at 2 °C ~ 8 °C. The product is valid for 12 months.
The kit reference SN/T 2775 was evaluated and evaluated by the National Accreditation Administration Committee for the Evaluation of Commercialized Food Testing Kits.
See Appendix A for the results. The kit consists of the following.
a) 96-well microtiter plate × 1 block, coated with coupled antigen;
