1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4532 specifies colloidal gold immunochromatographic assays for beta-lactams and tetracycline residues in milk.
This section applies to the qualitative detection of β-lactams and tetracycline residues in milk using colloidal gold immunochromatographic strips.

3 Principle
The method is based on colloidal gold immunoassay, the test strip is combined with the pad coated with the test antibody colloidal gold complex, and the test line is coated with the test substance.
The antigen, when the sample contains the test substance, competes with the test line to coat the antigen and binds to the gold standard complex, and the color of the detection line and the control line is deep.
A shallow comparison is made to achieve a qualitative judgment of the content of the analyte in the sample.
