After the liquid sample was extracted by acetonitrile and evaporated to dryness and constant volume, it was determined and confirmed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, and quantified by external standard method.

The reagents used in this method are all analytically pure unless otherwise specified; water is a grade 1 water specified in GB/T 6682.

4.2.4 Sodium chloride. analytically pure.
4.2.5 Hydrochloric acid. analytically pure.
4.2.6 Sodium hydroxide. analytically pure.
4.2.7 hydrochloric acid solution. 10mL, with water to volume 100mL.
4.2.8 Sodium hydroxide solution. 10g, make up to 100mL with water.
4.2.9 0.1% formic acid solution. 1mL formic acid with water to volume.
4.2.10 Acetonitrile water (9 1, volume ratio). 900 mL of acetonitrile is mixed with 100 mL of water.
