1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of ribavirin residues in animal-derived foods by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to the determination and confirmation of ribavirin residues in animal foods such as chicken, liver, kidney, egg, pork, squid and shrimp.

3 Method summary
The ribavirin metabolite remaining in the sample is hydrolyzed by the acid phosphatase into the ribavirin original drug, and the ribavirin remaining in the sample
The drug is extracted with trichloroacetic acid-acetic acid mixed solution, purified by phenylboric acid solid phase extraction cartridge, and determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.

4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water was the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.
4.2 Acetonitrile. chromatographically pure.
4.3 Formic acid. chromatographically pure.
4.4 Trichloroacetic acid.
4.5 Ammonia. The content is 25%~28%.
4.6 Ammonium acetate. chromatographically pure.
4.7 Acid phosphatase (fromwheatgerm, viability. ≥0.4 unit/mg, CAS number. 9001-77-8).
4.8 Acid Phosphatase Solution (100μg/mL). Accurately weigh 5mg of acid phosphatase (4.7), place it in a 50mL volumetric flask, and dissolve in water.
Solution and dilute to the mark, shake well, prepare 100 μg/mL of enzymatic hydrolysate, and store in 4 ° C ~ 8 ° C refrigerator.
