4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.3 dichloromethane.
4.4 ethyl acetate.
4.5 cyclohexane.
4.6 formic acid.
4.7 sodium chloride.
4.8 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a sealed container in the back.
4.9 ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (11, volume ratio). Measure 1000mL ethyl acetate and 1000mL of cyclohexane mixed uniformly.
4.10 Methanol - water (14 volume). Measure 100mL of methanol and 400mL of water were mixed uniformly.
4.11 formic acid - methanol - ethyl acetate solution (0.5 5050, volume ratio). Measure 100mL methanol, 100mL ethyl acetate, ImL A
