The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, an amino group, purified by high performance liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Except where noted, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
4.3 toluene.
4.4 sodium chloride.
4.5 acetonitrile - toluene solution (31 volume). amount of 300mL acetonitrile (4.1) and 100mL of toluene (4.3), mix and reserve.
4.6 acetonitrile solution (55 volume). precise amount of 50mL acetonitrile (4.1) and 50mL water, mix and reserve.
4.7 acetonitrile solution (19 volume). precise amount of 10mL acetonitrile (4.1) and 90mL water, mix and reserve.
4.8 B naphthol standard. CASN O. 135-19-3, purity ≥99.5%.
4.9 standard stock solution. Weigh the appropriate amount of the above standards, dissolved in methanol preparation of standard stock solution concentration 1mg/mL of
