Rice bacterial leaf spot pathogen, citrus canker,
Gene chip screening method for cabbage black rot
1 Scope
This standard specifies the bacterial pathogen of rice (Xranthomonasoryzaepv.oryzicola; in the entry and exit phytosanitary;
Xooc), citrus canker (X.axonopodispv.citri; Xac) and cabbage black rot (X.campestrispv. campestris;
Xcc) gene chip screening method.
This standard is applicable to rice bacterial leaf spot pathogens, citrus cankers and plants in in and out of rice and its products.
And gene chip screening of Brassica oleracea in cruciferous plants and their products.

3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations
3.1 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1.1
Gene chip genearray
The nucleic acid detection probe is spotted on the solid support in an ordered array format, and hybridized with the corresponding sample at a specific temperature.
A high-throughput technique for the qualitative analysis of nucleic acid species in samples.
3.1.2
Substrate substrate
The matrix used to immobilize the probe in the gene chip, usually prepared by chemical modification using standard "slides or other solid carriers"
Made.
3.1.3
Gene chip probe DNAmicroarrayprobe
A nucleic acid molecule immobilized on the surface of a substrate and complementary to the sample DNA, used to detect DNA information of the sample, and multi-purpose oligo
The nucleotide fragment is used as a probe.
3.1.4
Positioning probe positivepositionprobe
Is an oligonucleotide that is not related to the gene to be detected, and displays a signal by hybridizing with a complementary strand of the labeled localization probe for determining the spot
