1 Scope
This standard specifies the quarantine and identification methods for pear decay phytoplasma.
This standard is applicable to the quarantine and identification of fruit seedlings, tissue propagation materials and vector insects that may carry pears and fall into phytoplasma.
2 Terms and definitions

4 Principle of the method
According to the base sequence information of the 16SrRNA gene of the pear-decreased phytoplasma, the phytoplasma 16S-23SrRNA universal primer and pear decay were used.
The phytoplasma was identified by a nested PCR method combining phytoplasma-specific primers.
