3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents superior grade of pure water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.5 mercury standard stock solution (1000mg/L). according to GB/T 602 method of preparation, or direct use of certified reference materials.
4.6 Mercury intermediate standard solution (20mg/L). accurate Pipette 2mL mercury standard solution (4.5) in the 100mL flask, add 1mL
Potassium dichromate solution (4.4), with a nitric acid solution (4.2) constant volume, mix, stored at room temperature.
4.7 Mercury intermediate standard solution (2.0mg/L). accurate Pipette 10mL mercury intermediate standard solution (4.6) in the 100mL flask, add
1mL potassium dichromate solution (4.4) with water to volume, and mix. This solution mercury 2.0μg/mL (solution when the existing service).
4.8 mercury standard solution. Pipette respectively 0mL, 0.10mL, 0.25mL, 0.50mL, 1.50mL, 2.50mL, 5.00mL, 10.00mL,
15.00mL mercury intermediate standard solution (4.7) and 2.5mL, 5.0mL, 15.0mL, 25.0mL mercury intermediate standard solution (4.6) in two groups
