4 Reagents and materials
Except where noted, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.2 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
4.3 ammonium acetate.
4.4 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.385g ammonium acetate, dissolved in water and diluted to volume to 1000mL.
4.5 methanol - water mixed solution (11 volume). Measure 100mL methanol, 100mL water was added, mixing spare.
4.6 orlistat Standards (CAS Number. 96829-58-2, molecular formula. C29H53NO5). purity ≥99%.
4.7 orlistat stock standard solution. Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of orlistat standard (4.6), dissolved in methanol formulated in a concentration of 1.0mg/mL
