Determination of export wine sodium azide
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of liquid chromatography and ion chromatography export wine sodium azide.
This standard applies to fermented, distilled determination of sodium nitride content type and preparation of liquor in the stack.

Samples of sodium azide at pH = 4, citric acid - sodium citrate buffer system with 3,5-nitrobenzoyl chloride derivatization,
By liquid chromatography with UV detector and quantified by external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, reagents were of analytical grade, test water line with a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
3.1 citric acid.
3.2 sodium citrate.
3.3 acetonitrile (HPLC grade).
Sodium azide 3.4 standard substance. sodium azide, purity of greater than or equal to 99.0%.
3.5 Sodium azide standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of sodium azide (accurate to 0.0001g), formulated with water to a concentration of 1.0mg/mL
Standard stock solution. The solution was stored at 0 ℃, shelf life of six months.
3.6 3,5-nitrobenzoyl chloride solution. 0.1g3,5- two-nitrobenzoyl chloride dissolved in 100mL acetonitrile.
3.7 pH = 4 citric acid - sodium citrate buffer solution. 131mL0.1mol/L citric acid solution 69mL0.1mol/L citric acid

4.1 liquid chromatograph. equipped with a UV detector.
