3 Method summary
The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants in the sample were extracted with acetonitrile, and the extract was purified by GPC (gel chromatography) and then measured by a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.
Internal standard method for quantification.
4 reagents and materials
All reagents were of analytical grade unless otherwise specified, and the water was the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Hexane. Pesticide residue grade.
4.2 Acetonitrile. Pesticide residue grade.
4.3 Cyclohexane. pesticide residue grade.
4.4 Ethyl acetate. Pesticide residue grade.
4.5 Ethyl cyclohexane ethyl acetate (1, by volume).
4.6 Sodium chloride.
4.7 Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon standards. purity is not less than 97.5%, see Appendix A.
4.8 Internal standard. 氘 and 氘 benzo (a) 芘, the purity is greater than 99.0%.
4.9 Standard stock solution. Accurately weigh the appropriate amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon standard (4.7), dissolve it in n-hexane, and make up the volume in a 50mL volumetric flask.
Do not prepare a standard stock solution with a concentration of 1000mg/L, and store it in a -18 ° C refrigerator.
4.10 Internal standard stock solution. Accurately weigh the appropriate amount of internal standard (4.8), dissolve it in n-hexane, and dilute it in a 50mL volumetric flask.
Formulated into a standard stock solution at a concentration of 1000 mg/L, stored in a refrigerator at -18 ° C.
4.11 Mixed internal standard working solution. Accurately absorb a certain volume of internal standard stock solution (4.10), and dilute with cyclohexane ethyl acetate (4.5).
The 50μg/L mixed internal standard working solution was released and stored in a refrigerator at 0 °C ~ 4 °C.
4.12 Mixed standard working solution. Accurately absorb a certain volume of standard stock solution (4.9) and internal standard stock solution (4.10), using cyclohexane
Ethyl acetate (4.5) is diluted to a suitable concentration of the standard working solution and stored in a refrigerator at 0 ° C ~ 4 ° C.
