3 Method summary
Samples with hydrochloric acid under microwave decomposed, sodium citrate was added as a masking agent, at pH6 ~ pH6.5 conditions, fluorine ion selective
Electrode measuring electrode, calomel electrode as the reference electrode measuring potential. The potential is measured by a standard solution the fluorine content in the sample is calculated.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used in the analysis were pure class distinctions. Test water should comply with a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 hydrochloric acid solution (11).
4.2 Sodium hydroxide solution (200g/L). Weigh 50g of sodium hydroxide dissolved in 250mL water, transferred to a plastic jug and set aside.
4.3 sodium citrate solution (1mol/L).
4.4 fluoro standard stock solution (1000mg/L). Weigh 2.2101g previously dried to constant weight at 105 ℃ ~ 110 ℃ sodium fluoride place
150mL beaker, add water to dissolve, transferred to a 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark, shake. Transferred to a dry plastic bottles
The sealed.
4.5-fluoro standard solution (80mg/L). Pipette 80.00mL fluoro standard stock solution (4.4) into a 1000mL volumetric flask, diluted with water
To the mark. Transferred to a dry plastic bottle sealed.
4.6 ethanol (AR).
4.7 Alizarin Red S indicator (1g/L). Weigh 0.1g Alizarin Red S dissolved in 100mL of 25% ethanol (4.6 ml).
4.8 magnesium matrix solution. Weigh 20.000g purity magnesium rods (99.99%) into a beaker, adding a small amount of water. Continuously added in small
280mL of hydrochloric acid solution (4.1). Be careful during the addition. Initially, a small amount of hydrochloric acid was added (4.1), to prevent violent reaction caused by darting,
The reaction to be slowed down, and then continue adding a small amount of hydrochloric acid solution (4.1), until all is added. Cooled, transferred to 500mL volumetric flask, diluted with water
Volume.
