1 Scope

4 Reagents

Unless otherwise specified in this standard, all reagents superior grade pure water was used a water GB/T 6682 regulations. Test used in the standard Standard solution, in the absence of other specified requirements, prepared according to GB/T 602's. 4.1 potassium hydroxide. 4.2 diphenyl hydrazine. 4.3 acetone. 4.4 acetic acid. 4.5 potassium dichromate (reference reagent). 4.6 Alkaline extract (weighed 20.0g and 30.0g of anhydrous sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL). 4.7 buffer (potassium phosphate dibasic dissolved 87.09g and 68.04g potassium dihydrogen phosphate in water, dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL). 4.8 nitric acid (5mol/L). After 4.9 column derivatization agent. Weigh 0.5g diphenyl hydrazine (4.2), was dissolved in 100mL of acetone (4.3), add a drop of acetic acid (4.4) and acidified.
