With tert-butyl methyl ether extract sample (except milk) residues milbemycin drugs, and the extract was concentrated redissolved nitrogen blowing through
Silica gel column purification, concentration, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and confirmed, external standard.

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water using a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 tert-butyl methyl ether.
4.2 ethyl acetate.
4.3 n-hexane.
4.4 acetonitrile. high performance liquid chromatography.
4.5 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.6 dichloromethane.
4.7 formic acid. High performance liquid chromatography.
4.8 over anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, cooled, placed in a desiccator.
4.9 sodium chloride.
4.10 lysis solution. n-hexane dichloromethane (64 volume), accurately weighed 60mL hexane (4.3), and 40mL dichloromethane
(4.6), mix well.
4.11 Eluent. n-hexane ethyl acetate (694, volume ratio) were accurately taken 60mL ethyl acetate (4.2) and 940mL of n-hexane,
well mixed.
