1 Scope
This standard specifies the export of aquatic products in ciguatoxin liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.

3 Method summary
Methanol extract samples of ciguatera toxins, extracts through C18 and silica gel solid phase extraction (SPE), liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry

4 reagent material
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 methanol. liquid chromatography.
4.2 hexane. liquid chromatography.
4.3 neutral alumina. 100 mesh to 200 mesh.
4.4 anhydrous sodium. 550 ℃ burning 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle aside.
4.5 chloroform.
4.6 ammonium acetate.
4.7 sodium chloride.
4.8 1mol/L NaCl solution. Accurately weigh 5.845g sodium chloride in 100mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water.
4.9 10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Accurately weigh 0.077g of ammonium acetate in 100mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water.
4.10 methanol -10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution (11 volume). Accurately weigh 0.077g of ammonium acetate in 100mL flask, add
