4 Equipment and Materials
4.1 incubator temperature and humidity. The temperature can be maintained at (28 ± 2) ℃, relative humidity can be maintained at 90% ± 5%.
4.2 Class II biological safety cabinet.

4.4 Refrigerator. maintaining the temperature at between 2 ℃ ~ 8 ℃.
4.5 Autoclave. temperature maintained at 121 ℃, the pressure at 103kPa.
