1 Scope
This standard specifies the old railway inspection and appraisal of imported steel, the result of the determination and disposal.
This standard applies to testing and identification of imported old railroad steel.
This standard does not apply to the length of 1m or less, or distorted by the old railroad rails.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
