Foreword
This revised standard adopts the American Society for Testing and Materials standard ASTMD4052-1996 (2002) εl "Digital Density Meter liquid Density
And the standard method of relative density "(in English).
This standard redrafted according ASTMD4052-1996 (2002) εl. For ease of comparison, listed in Appendix A of this standard reg

Determination.
For ease of use, this standard ASTMD4052-1996 (2002) εl made the following editorial changes.
--- Chapter 2 to normative references.
--- Remove the technical requirements of irrelevant content (reg number 1.2,5,12.3,14.2,15).
Appendix A of this standard is the data appendix.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.

Warning. This standard is concerned there are some hazardous materials, operations and equipment, but the use of this standard does not imply that all of the safety issues and
contact. Users of this standard should establish appropriate safety and health measures and regulations before operating.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of density using a digital density and relative density of liquid chemicals meter measurements.
This standard applies at 15 ℃ ~ 35 ℃ temperature measurement can be processed into a single phase liquid, and vapor pressure at 80kPa, kinematic viscosity lower than
15000mm2/s of liquid chemicals.
Note. Because the liquid chemical species category range should be measured to ensure that the sample will not damage the digital density meter (such as corrosion injector head or sample tubes, etc.), and easy to clean.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Mass per unit volume at a specified temperature material, units of g/mL or kg/m3.
3.2
The density of a substance at a given temperature and the reference temperature of the water density ratio.
4. Summary
A small amount (about 0.7mL) liquid sample is injected into the sample tube vibration, changes in the quality of the sample tube causes a change in the vibration frequency, combined
Calibration data density of the sample is calculated.
5 Instruments
5.1 Digital Density Meter. U-shaped vibrating sample tube equipped with an electronic excitation and vibration frequency count and display. Determination of the process,
Can accurately determine the temperature of the sample or with the ability of controlling the temperature of the sample according to 5.2, while the precision required by this standard shall be met.
5.2 circulating water bath (optional). enables the temperature of the circulating liquid is maintained within the desired temperature range of ± 0.05 ℃, the temperature control unit may
As part of the densitometer.
5.3 Syringe. volume of at least 2mL, with a beak or vibrating orifice matching interface.
5.4 flow or pressure regulator. As with pressed into the sample injection or inhalation mode an optional device densitometer.
Thermometer 5.5. 0.1 ℃ indexing and calibrated. For ease of set up and observe the test temperature, so that it is fixed to the density meter.
