2 Method summary
Samples of plant origin with ethyl acetate - cyclohexane mixed solvent extraction; animal-derived samples and high oil content of the plant-derived sample with acetonitrile
Extract, extract by gel chromatography (GPC) or C18 solid-phase extraction (SPE) for gas chromatography with nitrogen phosphorus detector and external standard
Quantified, positive samples by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry confirmed.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water.
