1 Scope
This standard specifies a high performance liquid chromatographic method patulin in fruit juices tested.

2 Method summary

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, reagents were analytical grade water for ultra-pure water.
3.1 ethanol. liquid chromatography.
3.2 glacial acetic acid.
3.3 acetonitrile. liquid chromatography.
3.4 ethyl acetate.
3.5 potassium dichromate.
3.6 of concentrated sulfuric acid. 0.009mol/L, 1mL of concentrated sulfuric acid is diluted with water to 2L.
