Foreword

This part is the first part of SN/T 2003. Appendix A of this section is an informative annex. This part is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. This part was drafted by the Shenzhen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China, Guangdong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Jilin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China participated in the drafting. This section is the first industry standard for entry-exit inspection and quarantine. Determination of lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium and bromine in electrical and electronic products Part 1. X-ray fluorescence spectrometric qualitative screening

1 Scope

This section specifies the wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometric screening method for lead, chromium, mercury, cadmium and bromine in electrical and electronic products. This section applies to the qualitative screening of lead, chromium, mercury, cadmium and bromine in electrical and electronic products.

3 Method summary

After the sample is prepared, it is determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry under the qualitative screening conditions of each element, and determined according to the characteristic peak of the element. Whether the element to be detected exists.

4 reagents and materials

4.1 Boric acid (H3BO3). Analytically pure, baked at 105 ° C for 1 h, placed in a desiccator for storage. 4.2 Methane argon mixed gas (1+9).

5 instruments

5.1 Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer. Meets the requirements of GB/T 16597, 铑 target X-ray tube. 5.2 Grinder. 5.3 Metal cutting machine. 5.4 Tablet press. pressure is not less than 400kN.

6 sample preparation

6.1 Uniform material sample It is cut by a cutting machine or mechanically broken into a size of Φ20mm~Φ40mm, and directly measured by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. 6.2 Non-uniform materials and smaller size samples Grinded by mechanical crushing and grinding machine to make a powder sample with a particle size of not more than 1mm. After mixing, sample with a boric acid substrate (sample thickness) The degree is not less than 1mm) and the pressure is 300kN.

7 determination

After the instrument is stable, the prepared sample is determined according to qualitative screening conditions (see Appendix A), and the result is determined whether lead is present or not. The characteristic peaks of chromium, mercury, cadmium and bromine are expressed.
