Activated carbon SPE column purification, using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry NCI ion measurement mode selection, external standard.3 Reagents and materialsUnless otherwise specified, reagents were of analytical grade, water is deionized water.
3.1 acetone.
3.2 ethyl acetate.
3.3 n-hexane.
3.4 acetonitrile. chromatography
3.5 methanol.
3.6 over anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle for use.
3.7 sodium chloride.
Acetonitrile + 3.8 ethyl acetate (4 + 1, volume ratio). Take acetonitrile 80mL, 20mL of ethyl acetate was added, and mix.
Acetonitrile + 3.9 ethyl acetate (2 + 3, volume ratio). Take acetonitrile 40mL, 60mL of ethyl acetate was added, and mix.
3.10 hexane + ethyl acetate (1 + 4, volume ratio). Take hexane 20mL, 80mL of ethyl acetate was added, and mix.
3.11 hexane + acetone (4 + 1, volume ratio). Take hexane 80mL, 20mL of acetone was added, and mix.
3.12 Materials and Standard solution.
a) Standards. Dieldrin. purity not less than 99.0% (CAS. 60571) Endrin. purity not less than 99.0% (CAS.
72208);
b) dieldrin and endrin standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount dieldrin, endrin, with ethyl acetate preparation of a concentration
1.00mg/mL standard stock solution. The solution was stored at -18 ℃ refrigerator;
c) dieldrin and endrin intermediate standard solution. Imbibe appropriate amount of standard stock solution, diluted with ethyl acetate to a concentration of
10.0μg/mL solution of intermediate standard. The solution was stored at -18 ℃ refrigerator;
d) dieldrin and endrin standard working solution. According to the standard required intermediate solution was diluted to the appropriate concentration of the standard with ethyl acetate
Working fluid. The solution was stored at -18 ℃ refrigerator.
3.13 neutral alumina SPE. 2500mg, 6mL.
3.14 Florisil SPE column. 1000mg, 3mL.
3.15 Activated carbon SPE.200mg, 3mL.
3.16 StrataSDB-L SPE. Styrene-DivinylbenzenePolymer, 200mg, 3mL, or equivalent person.
