5 On-site quarantine and sampling
5.1 On-site quarantine
Check the soil condition of potato seed potato and edible potato tubers. Observe the potato chips without soil, and enter the potato.
The block was randomly sampled and brought back to the laboratory for inspection; the naked eye showed that the potato pieces had soil, and all the potato pieces with soil should be brought back to the laboratory.
Check.
View the soil with the roots, soil of the nightshade and other plant-derived materials with roots and soil, collect the above-mentioned plant propagation materials and transport
The soil that may be carried on the transport tool, together with the plant propagation material, is brought back to the laboratory for inspection.
