1 Scope
This standard specifies the disposal of subjects, procedures, reports and results for rapid detection of HIV antibodies on the site.
This standard applies to the rapid detection of HIV antibodies in the entry and exit personnel at the port.

3 test object
3.1 The following entry and exit personnel who are rapidly moving at the port site may, in special circumstances where the conventional method of AIDS primary screening test cannot be used,
Use HIV antibody rapid detection method.
--- Chinese returnees who have stayed abroad for more than 3 months;
--- Personnel returning to the country;
--- Apply for Chinese nationals who have been living abroad for more than one year;
--- Chinese employees on international transport.
3.2 Other entry and exit personnel who voluntarily apply for rapid HIV testing at the port site.
4 testing procedures
4.1 Sample collection
4.1.1 Principles
Follow SN/T 1229-2003, section A. Chapter 1 and A. The implementation of 2.1.
4.1.2 Finger or earlobe sampling
4.1.2.1 Local disinfection of fingers or earlobes in strict accordance with routine.
4.1.2.2 After pricking the skin, collect blood quickly with the blood collection tube. If blood drips on the surface of other objects and causes pollution, it must be timely
