Foreword
SN/T 1632 "Enterobacter sakazakii in milk powder exports (Craunot sp) test method" is divided into three parts.

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
The partial replacement of SN/T 1632.1-2005 "Enterobacter sakazakii in milk powder test methods - Part 1. Separation and counting."
This section compared with the SN/T 1632.1-2005, in addition to editorial changes, the major technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope

3 equipment and materials
In addition to the microbiological laboratory conventional sterilization and cultivation equipment, other equipment and materials as follows.
3.1 water bath. to maintain the water temperature 45.5 ℃ ± 0.2 ℃.
3.2 Thermometer. Range 1 ℃ ~ 55 ℃, sub-scale 0.1 ℃.
3.3 Incubator. 35 ℃ ~ 37 ℃ and 24 ℃ ~ 26 ℃.
3.4 straw. 1mL, 5mL and 10mL, sub-scale 0.1mL.
3.5 "L" glass coating bar. Diameter 3mm ~ 4mm, 45mm ~ 55mm may be coated area.
3.6 inoculating loop. 3mm diameter.
3.7 Balance. Range 2kg, a sense of the amount of 0.1g.
3.8 Sterilization of sample preparation equipment. sampling spoon, scissors, can opener.
3.9 Sample dilution bottle. 100mL, 125mL, 160mL, 250mL and 2L sample dilution bottles.
3.10 90mm diameter sterile petri dish.
3.11 Enterobacter sakazakii (Craunot sp) control strains. ATCC29544 or other equivalent strains.
