3 Determination method
3.1 Method summary
The nitroimidazole residue in the sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, purified by SCX column, and subjected to high performance liquid chromatography equipped with a UV detector.

3.2 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were HPLC grade and the water was high purity water.
3.2.1 Acetonitrile.
3.2.2 Methanol.

3.2.5 Concentrated hydrochloric acid. excellent grade pure.
3.2.6 Glacial acetic acid. excellent grade pure.
3.2.7 Ammonia. Analytically pure.
3.2.8 Hydrochloric acid. 0.1mol/L, draw 0.83mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid, and dilute to 100mL volumetric flask with water.
3.2.9 Acetic acid-ethyl acetate (5+95). 5 mL of glacial acetic acid was made up to 100 mL with ethyl acetate.
