Quarantine regulations for seeds of overseas breeding crops
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the entry quarantine of the original species required for the breeding of crop seeds abroad, the exit quarantine of the breeding seeds and the quarantine supervision.
Managed procedures and methods.
This standard applies to the quarantine of seeds for breeding crops abroad.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
For the breeding of crop seeds overseas reproducedcropseedsforenterpriseabroad(whichoffertheparents)
The seed breeding enterprises in China undertake the seed breeding business of overseas seed enterprises, and introduce the plant stocks provided by overseas seed farmers (including
Seedlings, pollen and other reproductive materials) breeding and exporting plant seeds from overseas seed traders.
2.2

3 Entry quarantine
3.1 Filing
The unit that produces seeds overseas or its agent (hereinafter referred to as the “species unit”) shall hold the “introduced species” 10 days to 15 days before the original species enters the country.
A copy of the child and nursery quarantine approval form shall go through the formalities for the entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions directly under the seed breeding area. Entry animal and plant inspection

3.2 Inspection
The various units should carry the contract, invoice and box list, the phytosanitary certificate issued by the official country or region, and the entry animal and plant.
The Quarantine Permit or the “Introduction of Seed and Seedling Quarantine Approval Form” shall be submitted to the inspection and quarantine institution for inspection.
3.3 Acceptance
If the documents provided by the inspection units of the various types of units are complete, valid and consistent, and the inspection and inspection requirements are met, the inspection and quarantine institutions shall accept the inspections. no
