1 Scope

This standard specifies the test method for chicken inclusion body hepatitis ELISA. This standard applies to the detection of chicken inclusion body hepatitis virus antibodies.

3 instruments and reagents

The experimental water needs to meet the secondary water in GB/T 6682 Claim. 3.2.1 Coating solution. carbonate buffer, 0.1 mol/L, pH 9.6. See Appendix A for the preparation method. Chapter 1. 3.2.2 Washing solution. phosphate buffer (PBS-T) containing 0.05% (by volume) Tween-20, 0.01 mol/L, pH 7.4. Match See method A for the method. Chapter 2. 3.2.3 Diluent. PBS-T containing 2.5% (mass concentration) bovine serum albumin. Prepared on the day of use. 3.2.4 Substrate solution. citrate-phosphate buffer containing 0.04% (mass concentration) o-phenylenediamine and 0.1% (by volume) hydrogen peroxide Liquid, pH 5.0. See Appendix A for the preparation method. Chapter 3, the current use. 3.2.5 Stop solution. 2mol/L sulfuric acid solution. 3.2.6 Standard antigen. Chicken inclusion body hepatitis virus ELISA antigen. 3.2.7 Standard serum. positive serum, negative serum. 3.2.8 Enzyme-labeled goat anti-chicken or rabbit anti-chicken antibody.
