1 Scope
This standard specifies the sampling, sample preparation and determination methods for import and export peanut speckle grain inspection.
This standard is applicable to the inspection of peanut kernels, peanuts and peeled peanut kernels.

3 Terms and definitions

Performed in accordance with 4.2.1.1 and 7.2 of SN/T 0800.1-1999.
4.2 Sample preparation
According to the provisions of 8.1.1.3 of SN/T 0800.1-1999, peanut kernels and peeled peanut kernels are taken from.200 whole granules for use.

5 Test methods
5.1 Instruments and apparatus
a) Flat bottom aluminum pan. about 20cm in diameter and about 12cm in height.
b) Flat-bottom wire sample bucket. round, about 16cm in diameter, about 3mm to 5mm in diameter, with handle, about 8cm high, with edge along the mouth

5.2 Method of operation
The wire holding sample is placed in an aluminum pan so as to maintain a distance of 2 cm to 3 cm between the wire and the bottom of the pan. Injecting edible vegetable oil into the pot
1kg, and a thermometer is hoisted. The thermometer is fixed at the bottom of the mercury ball near the bottom of the sample bucket. When the oil temperature reaches 160 °C, it will be according to Chapter 4.
