1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, sampling, inspection and determination of the inspection results of the export door lock. This standard applies to the inspection of the export tongue lock, not applicable to other door locks.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions established by QB/T 3836-1999 and the following terms apply to this standard. 3.1 An exterior door lock. The locking tongue is generally square or cylindrical, and its locking and opening forms can be handled by the key from the outside or by the handle. Realized from the inside, the locking tongue is not fully retracted when opened, and the external locking head can prevent foreign matter from opening. 3.2 A unit product produced under the same conditions of the same specification model is called a production batch, referred to as a batch. 3.3 One or several production lots submitted for inspection are referred to as inspection lots. 3.4 The quality characteristics of the unit product do not meet the standard requirements and are called unqualified. According to the degree of influence on product quality, it is divided into Class A, Class B and Class C is unqualified.
