1 Scope
This standard specifies the biosafety protection, testing procedures, common virological testing techniques and results of the imported sputum worm-like virus laboratory.
Reporting principles.
This standard is applicable to the detection of imported cockroach arboviruses in the inspection and quarantine industry. It is also applicable to blood-sucking arthropods such as mosquitoes, cockroaches and cockroaches.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
A group of viruses that transmit disease by sucking bloody arthropods biting sensitive vertebrates.
3.2
Blood-sucking mites that enter China's borders, such as vehicles, goods, containers, luggage, and postal parcels.
4 Laboratory biosafety protection
The scorpion worm virus laboratory should meet the requirements of the tertiary safety biosafety laboratory specified in WS233.
5 Testing items
Includes types of viruses that can cause human or zoonotic diseases carried by mites registered with the International Arbovirus Center (eg, Japanese Encephalitis)
Toxic, oriental equine encephalitis virus, fissile fever virus, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus, etc.).
6 Collection, transportation and preservation of specimens
6.1 Specimen collection using the swing method and lamp trapping method (see SN/T 1294 for the method).
6.2 Imported sampans of inbound vessels are collected at anchorages; incoming aircraft, trains and other means of transport are collected in time after entry.
6.3 The collected blood-sucking species shall be classified and registered according to the origin of the vehicle and the land, and the small tubes shall be packed and labeled.
6.4 The collected specimens are stored or transported in a liquid nitrogen tank or stored in a -80 °C refrigerator.
