This standard stipulates the objects, requirements, results judgment and disposal methods after the occurrence of yellow fever epidemic at the border ports.
This standard applies to the handling of yellow fever epidemics at border ports. Non-portal areas can also be referred to for the implementation of yellow fever cases.

3 Terms and definitions
