Export inspection procedure for silkworm double scorpion
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the sampling, inspection and inspection results of the export silkworm Shuanggong 捻 wire.
This standard is applicable to the export of silkworm double scorpion line processed by silkworm double palace silk with nominal denier of 250D (278detx) and below.
The silk test is also applicable to the inspection of other silkworm double scorpion silk.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Two or more silkworms, which are combined and twisted.
4 sampling
4.1 Group batch
Each batch is 10 or 5 pieces, less than 10 boxes or five pieces are calculated in batches.
4.2 Sampling method
The sampling shall be carried out in the smallest part of the wire or the different parts of the wire barrel, and the twisted wire shall be drawn at a limit.
4.3 Number of samples
4.3.1 Appearance inspection sample
The whole wire is tested by the twisted wire; the wire is drawn 50% per batch.
4.3.2 Quality inspection sample
Each batch of twisted wire is extracted from the sides, middle and corners of the wire handle by four twists, four twists and two twists; the bottom of the wire is fed from the top and bottom of the wire box.
Five sections are taken separately, and each box is limited to one tube.
4.3.3 Weight inspection sample
The twisted wire is taken in two batches per batch, and each strand is twisted; the tubular wire is taken from the quality inspection sample tube, and four sample cylinders are taken out, and the weight inspection sample wire is stripped, each batch
Two servings, two for each.
Note. If the tube quality inspection thread needs to be put back again after inspection, the 10 quality inspection samples can be taken out and the weight inspection sample wire stripped.
In a box, after the whole batch of silk is weighed, it is taken out for quality inspection. After the quality inspection, 10 quality inspection samples were returned to the box.
