Foreword
Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are informative annexes.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration.
This standard was drafted by the China Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.
The main drafters of this standard. Chen Huiming, Wang Chao, Liu Juan.
This standard is the first industry standard for entry-exit inspection and quarantine.
Method for detecting phthalic acid ester in cosmetics
Gas chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies six phthalates in cosmetics. dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), phthalate
Dibutyl formate (DBP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), phthalic acid
A method for the determination of octyl ester (DOP) by gas chromatography.
This standard applies to the inspection of six phthalates in solid, paste and liquid cosmetics.
2 Principle
Ultrasonic extraction of six phthalates in cosmetics, centrifugation, dehydration of the supernatant, filtration, and injection of the filtrate into the FID detector
Gas chromatographic detection, external standard method quantification, confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MSD).
3 reagents and materials
The reagents were of analytical grade unless otherwise stated.
3.1 Methanol. excellent grade pure or chromatographically pure.
3.2 Anhydrous sodium sulfate. ignited at 650 ° C for 4 h, stored in a closed desiccator for use.
3.3 Standards. dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), phthalate
Butyl benzyl formate (BBP), di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dioctyl phthalate (DOP).
The purity is ≥99.0%.
3.4 Standard stock solution. Accurately weigh 0.5000g of DMP, DEP, DBP, BBP, DEHP and DOP in a 500mL volumetric flask.
The volume was adjusted with methanol and the shaking was uniform, that is, a mixed standard stock solution of six phthalate concentrations of 1000 mg/L each was obtained.
4 instruments
4.1 Gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID).
4.2 Gas Chromatography with Mass Detector (MSD).
4.3 Ultrasonic cleaning instrument.
4.4 High speed centrifuge.
4.5 Injection sample filter (filter membrane is 0.45 μm).
4.6 The glassware used in the experiment was rinsed with acetone, ventilated and dried. After the acetone was completely evaporated, it was placed in a desiccator and baked at.200 ° C.
4h.
4.7 Erlenmeyer. Grinding plug, 50mL.
4.8 Colorimetric tube, 20 mL (with 10 mL scale).
4.9 Volumetric flask. 50mL.
5 Analysis steps
5.1 Sample Processing
Weigh the cosmetic (solid, cream) 0.5g, accurate to 1mg, placed in a 50mL Erlenmeyer flask, accurately added 25mL methanol, in the ultrasound
Ultrasonic on the wave cleaner for 15min, centrifuged at 12000r/min for 15min, and the supernatant was dehydrated by adding 5g anhydrous sodium sulfate.
