3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Aedes are brought into the country by means of inbound means of transport, containers, cargo, baggage and postal parcels.
3.2
It is a pathogen of yellow fever, belonging to the genus Vibriovirus in the arbovirus. The yellow fever virus particles are spherical and have a diameter of 22 μm~
38μm, surrounded by lipoprotein envelope, the surface of the envelope has spikes, and the viral genome is single-stranded positive-strand RNA.

5 Laboratory biosafety requirements
