1 Scope
This standard stipulates the object, content, method, procedure, result judgment and disposal of the entry and exit aircraft health quarantine inspection.
This standard applies to the inspection of sanitary quarantine of entry and exit aircraft.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
The medical inspection and sanitation inspections carried out by the entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions on the entry and exit aircraft.
3.2
International passenger planes, cargo planes, special planes and charter flights.
3.3
Pilots and crew members on board the aircraft.
3.4
Food or non-food waste, excrement, secretions, etc. that may be contaminated or corrupted during the course of the voyage.
4 requirements
4.1 The captain of the inbound and outbound aircraft or his authorized agent shall truthfully provide the general declaration form, the crew and passenger list, the cargo manifest, and the aircraft.

4.2 The captain of the aircraft from the yellow fever-affected area or his authorized agent shall provide a valid mosquito killing certificate.
4.3 Crew members and passengers from yellow fever-affected areas should have valid yellow fever vaccination certificates.
4.4 The entry aircraft shall be quarantined at the port of first arrival or at the place agreed by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine agency.
4.5 The exit aircraft shall be quarantined at the last departure port or at a location agreed by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine agency.
4.6 The quarantined aircraft or the suspected aircraft should be quarantined at the place designated by the inspection and quarantine agency.
