Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 1474-2004 "Infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction procedures."
This standard compared with SN/T 1474-2004, in addition to editing modifications, mainly technical changes are as follows.
--- Changing the name of the standard;
--- Increased clinical symptoms, virus isolation, neutralization test, indirect immunofluorescence assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay;
--- Delete the original standard nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method, replaced by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method.
This revised standard adopts the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) "aquatic animal disease diagnostic manual" (2012 edition) 2.3.4, the Lord
To be amended as follows.
--- Original text "Diseaseinformation" content abbreviated as amended, this Standard Appendix A;
--- Delete the original choice based detection methods in Section 5 and Section 6 of infectious hematopoietic necrosis disease free areas related
content.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
This standard was drafted. People's Republic of China, Shenzhen CIQ, Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Science Research Institute, Henan water
